Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 47120 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, email address, and phone number. 47120 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You are fully responsible for:

Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone;
All activity occurring under your account, whether with or without your knowledge;
Notifying 47120 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account;
Keeping your personal information up to date and accurate at all times.

47120 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to secure their login credentials.

Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 47120 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:

Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity;
Fraud, match manipulation, or the use of unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the offer;
Disrupting, attacking, or attempting to hack the 47120 platform infrastructure;
Using the platform on behalf of another individual or business entity without prior written authorisation from 47120.

47120 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding disputed funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the 47120 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, bank transfers, and approved Malaysian e-wallets. The current list of available payment methods can be found in the deposit section of your account.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated on the platform at the time of the transaction. 47120 reserves the right to revise transaction limits from time to time with advance notice. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account in the registered user's name.

47120 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial service providers during transaction processing. Processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take up to 3 business days for standard withdrawals, or less for VIP members.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

47120 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or third-party technical failures. 47120's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

47120 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request from the authorities. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Any remaining valid funds will be returned after investigation and identity verification are complete.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 47120 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, software, and graphic materials, is the exclusive property of 47120 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from 47120.
